I also have a 95 CBR 600 that has had similar issues and I have now gone and bought a Rick's Motorsports stator and rectifier and pulled the wiring from the harness to find out if anywhere burned and have realized that the three wires are spidered into the harness but do nothing but run from the stator to the rectifier I have now eliminated that issue from my bike hoping for the best
