If you keep it inside just use a soft cotton bed sheet. If you keep it outside, move it to indoors and just use a soft cotton bed sheet.

Well, get one with a soft cotton lining to get from scratching the windscreen and paint. I believe there are breathable covers also. Be aware that stray cats might climb up under the cover and sit and sleep on the seat of the bike. I've seen it happen to my brother-in-law and nieces bikes. Plus if its not breathable, condensation will build up under the cover.
