When i first bought my bike my suspension was pretty stiff, and im a light guy so i adjusted it soft and it was a pain in the ***. My question is if there is any fast easy way to switch it back and forth if i give a passenger a ride so i am not bottoming it out. Thanks

Not to sound dicky, but the correct tools always make it easier. If you have a little place for some tools, having a few spanners and a small screwdriver should do the trick. If you know what settings you should generally be at, changing the suspension to accommodate another rider should be pretty easy.
