Default PLEASE HELP!! replacing chain adjusters??

How do i do this? I will get mine in a few days....it seems to have little claws that hold on inside the swingarm, will the new ones just slide in? mine snapped yesterday, and it also gave an outward dent in the swingarm ...any advice to put these new ones in??

How about some pics. A visual would really help on a course of action.

upon closer inspection, it just slides right in there! i have been paranoid about it because it snapped so badly that it left a dent on the bottom side of the swingarm as well, towards thr ground. i started assuming there are special spots for the little stick parts, but the force of the snap just dented it...case closed!

Good to hear. The adjusters look fine from the pic.

Whoop! Chain tensioner*... It's a simple slide in fix. Just have to pull the axle bolt out slightly. I'm super curious on how you busted it? Adjustment plate came loose and smacked sprocket? Also, the swing arm is easy to bend, just take a crescent wrench and pry it ever so slightly back into place.

My first bike was a klr that had a simple adjuster and the axel had those little clips to make sure it does part with the bolt....the F3 does not. I got scared and torqued the **** out of the rear bolt!! bad idea....way too much force!

BE WARY PEOPLE!

....time for a torque wrench...
