All the tabs on the tail of my '98 600 f3 are broken and am wondering if anyone has plastic welded the 3 rear fairings together to create a one piece tail? For the record, I have tried gluing them with various types of superglue only to have it (obviously) not work.

I am desperate for a solution. I have had to resort to duct-tape and bungee cords, for sadly, a less ghetto look than with the tail separated...

 

I have a plastic welder but I would think that the heat alone would discolor other side Ive yet to try it but I have some old fairings that I am planning on trying it with in the next couple of weeks with before I go back to school for fall semester.
