Default Pilot Screw

damn pilot in carb 1 wont come out with the tool from dyno jet nor with cutting into it to get a screw driver at it.

Any recommendations?

also are there any aftermarket ones that do not require that stupid D tool

Soak it with wd40 maybe? Probably got siezed on ....

Well, it's made of brass so it would be fairly easy to drill and remove with an easyout. You've got to be careful that you drill in the center so as not to damage the threads. Then just order a new one. Also soaking with Liquid Wrench would help too.

I soaked them with pb ... looks like I'll have to drill it out the top end snapped as soon as I tired to gra it with a screw driver... ffs... I ordered a new one aready might have to replace all of them though... I'm kinda furious about that htough

I have some spare parts laying around for F3 carbs. I can sell you another pilot if you would like. Which carb is giving you grief? I might have a carb body laying around.
