Other than a slip on and air filter I don't know too much more you can do. An aluminum sprocket can help with acceleration (less rotational weight).
On my bike I have a full V&H exhaust, jetted, BMC filter, ignition advancer along with needle springs for faster reving. I got about 90hp out of it on a dyno run.

A cheap performance upgrade is changing your sprockets. It doesn't give you any additional HP, but it changes the sprockets ratios so you'll have added acceleration, but lower top speed. Not many of us ever hit the bikes top speed so its an advantage.

Which you could do an ignition advance and rejetting for fairly cheap. But you also would probably need to do a couple of dyno runs or find someone who really knows F3s inside and out to recommend what size jets you need.
The ignition advancer is pretty easy to do yourself also and this is what it looks like...
