one more quick question. is the rear tail and front fender the only thing different between 97-98 f3's than the others? want to try and replace some broken fairings that are held together by tape lol

 

Yes. 95-96 f3 tails are different than the 97-98's. You can put a 97-98 tail on them though but you will need the seat, and tail light assembly. As for the oil, I'm not sure of the weight but that dealer ship would know exactly what you need. I think it's Honda H4 or something like that.

Just got home from work and grabbed my oil bottle. It is GN4 SAE10W-40 SJ Your Honda dealership should have pleanty.
