Default Newbie looking for some help!!!!

Hello all! I am new to the site. I am looking at buying a cbr soon , yay tax returns, and am generally leaning towards an f3 or an f4. I have been reading a bunch of posts concerning buying used bikes, and am not new to buying used vehicles. How ever I am not quite sure on what specific problem areas to look for on the f3. The bike I'm looking at has 32xxx mi and from what I've been "told" has been regularly maintained. Any specific things I should pay specific attention to? I e I have read the r/r is a common issue what should I look for to see if Its worn, going out or what not. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you are interested in this bike ask the owner about the cct, Manual or stock (you can tell by looking at it) as the stockers are prone to fail. And check the R/R by making sure the voltage at the battery is 14.5 or so at 5k rpm. I Always check wheel bearings, swing arm bearings, and steering stem bearings on any bike I buy. If the bike has a rattling sound around low rpms its most likely the cct and very easy to replace. If you have any specific questions about the bike you are looking at this is the place to ask as these guys and gals are a wealth of knowledge. Below is a picture of a manual cct it is just behind the right side inspection panel
