and K-money, it was this that was the problem on my bike

That's the D.A.I. feed. One is from the main duct and the other is from under the headlight. It helps balance internal pressures so the carbs can do their jobs.

I gots a HD and no chrome or alligator to be seen anywhere on it It's all good if that's what ya like. Is it comfy? You would think it'd be kinda slick. Of course I've never ridden on a gator (nor will I ) so mebbe not ...

I was thinking of doing something different on the rr seats while i was doing the swap then just decided to leave them as is...looks good though

Well it was either you left a hose off... Or you decided to set the carbs on fire and didn't tell us

I like it, very similar to what I had on my Guzzi Monza. The bike was an 81 model & as it got old(er), the seat started to harden & split on the sides along the pattern.
