any one know were to get an aftermarket engine head? mine is warped too bad and i need to get a new one

 

There are no aftermarkets heads.Ebay would be your best bet.
Can a machine shop not deck it for you??

 

bleh i dunno a my bike shop told me my head was ****ed so i gotta find a new one, i called yoshimaru and they said they used to have one that came with the valvues and cams but they discontinued it

 

Was this bike overheated terribly or what lead you to take it in??

 

blew out one of my spark plugs so got it filled back in and drilled out then couldn't get it to start up, took it to the shop and they said i have no compression in my 3rd and 4th =\ right now i found one on ebay for cheap but still 6 days for it to finish up then another week for it to come in to state

 

When you say got it filled back in.Filled with what??Tell me the head was taken off before this was done.Was it degreed back in properly??Sounds like you may need much more than a head Im afraid.I hope not.Also sounds like someone maybe feeding you Ka Ka bacause if a head was truly so warped as to leak all the compression out the head gasket on #3&4 water or antifreeze would be squirting everywhere and your oil would look like chocolate milk.Its just making me go hmm

 

the spark plug threads had to get re-threaded also my valvues are over the service limit as well bike has alot of miles on it

shoot me an offer on it...i dont really need it anymore
