Default Need help figuring out where a hose goes

I have a hose coming out of my engine block just below the carburetors. It is on the brake side of the bike and is about a quarter inch tube. It looks like it routes to some kind of breather on the gas tank, but when I was filling up the radiator water started coming out of it, so that doesn't make sense. I would really like to get my bike back running before I leave on vacation next week, so if you guys could help me out I would really appreciate it.

It isn't either of the heater lines, it is slightly lower and to the gearshift side of the right heater line. It is a few inches below the head gasket.

When I start the bike it starts shooting out water, there is no air in the water, so doesn't make me think of a cracked cylinder wall or blown head gasket, that would be more gurgly I would think.

I know, but it's way in there and covered with all kinds of hoses, plus I have no idea how to post pics on here, if someone could teach me that too I would really appreciate it. I tried to give an exact enough location that it comes out of the block that anyone who has seen it before would know what it was.

It's already getting dark, so I won't be able to get a picture until sometime tomorrow.

It is, that's not what this is, both of those lines are accounted for. What it's looking like is an "extra" line for the California Type ones that have more emission controls.
