nope already checked that with the dmv---bike hasn't been reported stolen just has a stupid lein on it----so I guess that would technically mean they stole the bike, but at this point I'm 2g's in and am not about to come out of this thing empty handed. Next time I'll look before I leap off the damn bridge!
