well I really don't need a frame just a clean title so I can register my bike (long story) so if anyone knows of a totaled f1, f2, or f3 let me know so I can be legal for once!

 

how do you plan on being legal? the vin on the title wont match the frame.

 

He would get the title of the new frame transferred in his name, swap everything out from the old frame, then scrap/sell the old frame.

 

he does not want a new frame, just the title.

 

yeah you are right I probably would need the frame--either that or the vin plate and title.

 

ok i'm up for ideas now should I just part out the bike---or is their someway around this..bought the bike cuz it was a used track bike and now I come to find theirs no title cuz theirs a lein still on the bike My bad luck streak continues...Now I'm 2,500 into a machine that I can't even ride.

I'd rathr not go into details but it was a good deal and I wanted my first bike really bad..it had been reset up for street...the guy who sold it to me didn't have any idea of what was up with it. Selling it will probably be the better option just don't know if I'll be able to afford anything else after I sell it...so anyone in need ofa track bike lol----

 

eh, sounds stolen to me, you should get a bill of sale and I think you can begin the titling process, otherwise I vote stolen.
