Question MotoGP shorty pipe?

Anybody have thoughts on the shorty motoGP pipe for the F3? I just made an offer on ebay and got one... For the money, I'm thinking it can't be an all bad deal.

Found a thread on here. Sounds like its gonna be sickkk.. not sure exactly what rejetting consists of... I know how to get to the jets, just do not know how I rejet the carburators.

I am actually looking on buying that same pipe, and I was also wondering if I can just put it on and go from there?

I wouldn't be too concerned about re-jetting until after you've installed the new exhaust. The air fuel mixture isn't as sensitive to changes in the exhaust system as it is to changes in the intake side. Put it on and ride it a while. See if you notice any negative changes first, then deal with them.

Is there anything on the inside of it? Any packing or anything to slightly muffle the sound?

Couldn't you just go AutoZone and get an exhaust tip and put it on the midpipe?

A flathead screwdriver and a hammer would be good advice. That is how i got my midpipe off.

Also the pipe doeas have a baffle with packnig on the inside so no it is not just an autozone tip
