My bad. What was I thinking. I guess I thought a centimeter was pretty small....1/17= about a 6% change. How ridiculous. Please spank me.

DDCAVI is ignorant to me calling us fools. Noone likes to be called a fool, or anything else for that matter. So get your act together please. And since you are the only one who likes riding on wrong tires puts u in minority. Even for street use 180 are ****. And why would you sacrifice your handeling and getting rid of the fender is beyond my mind. Unless you can those tires for free no point in using them. end of story.
You have a problem with minorities? Have you ever put a 180 on your bike and used it on the street and strip? Probably not, just running off at the mouth because EVERYONE else has said it sucks. Why would you sacrifice handling? Well not everyone in this forum is a speed junkie like myself. I prefer to have my bike look the way I, IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII want. So a 180 looks much better then a 160 on an outdated bike. End of story.

Ok, so you just posted basically the samething I just did. The 180 will not affect him on the street unless he intends on dragging knee. Why people keep ****ting on a 180 tire, I will never know.
I thought you said thread over earlier? Follow your own advice.

hahaha damn why is everyone turning into a whinny bitch on this forum. I have used a 160, 170, and 180 on my old F3, street and track. The 170 and 180 slowed turn in considerably to the point I was fustrated as all hell. The 160 allows the bike to turn in the way its supposed too. I don't know why people are concerned with the big tire look. Not once did anyone ever say to me "wow that 160 looks really small on your bike." No one cares about the size of your rear tire, use the tire it was intended for.

Honda designed them to take a specific size for a reason. You can change it, but why chance it?

Thanks.. I'll have to agree and stick with the stock tire the way the factory intended it to be instead of going wider and sacrificing performance. Good advice!!!

Probably the only post on this thread worth reading. If you wanna put a bigger tire on the back because you think it looks better, go for it. Just beware that Honda designed the bike around a 160 rear tire. if you don't care about handling much, who cares. Just be warned that expirienced riders have done the same and noticed it hurts the handling of the bike. It's your call, the worst that could happen is the bike handles like crap and you're out the $120 for a new tire.

I'm pretty sure Honda designed the bike around the ENGINE. ....not the rear tire...
