Default Manifold

Was just wondering can you get a aftermarket/performance manifold for the cbr 600f 1995 model?

I would assume you are talking about the complete exhaust system, the answer is YES. ebay is your best bet.

The can you have might not fit the down pipe you buy. It sounds like you have the factory down pipe with a aftermarket slip-on can. If you want some more noise check out some "muffler repacking videos" and if you can figure out how to take your can apart, you could unpack it for more noise or cut a few inches off of it, that would make it louder. Or look on ebay for a complete system, D & D comes to mind, with a reputation for being a little on the loud side.

if you just want noise, cut down the can, remove baffle(if it has one).
after market headers really wont make it any louder, they'll just give you a better top end, at the cost of your midrange.

Thanks for the reply guys, had a look at the can today it's a sealed one I can't unscrew and unpack. Could i cut the bottom off unpack it and get it welded back round?
