OK, provide some history here. Why did you replace the stator? Describe in more detail what you mean by "all power goes away". Does the bike go completely dead? All the gauge cluster lights go out? All power like has no performance?

Headlight turns off? Kind of like you turned the ignition key off ?

Correct

When it dies, what things do you do, look at, or try in order to get it running again? Are you able to, or what do you have to do in order to get it running again? Have you been able to get it running again?

Yes im able to get it running again if i jump it but i what i dont understand is there is no dimming of ligths just running and bam nothing like the battery is dead

That has all the makings of a lose connection. A total loss of power like that would certainly seem to be electrical. I'd be looking at the connections on the Start Relay. There is a 4 pin connector on it. Verify the connections are good an snug. The connection to the Ignition Switch (key switch) is a 3 pin connection, check it as well. Power flows from the battery, to the Start Relay, on to the Ignition Switch, then over to the Fuse Box on the right upper cowl before being distributed to the rest of the bike. Do you have a shop manual? That would have the wiring diagram so you can follow the wires.
