Default itching for a bigger bike...advice please

So I'm loving the F3, but I've been mulling over the idea of moving up to a 929 or 954. Should I stick with the old F3 or move up?

Any advice, (even on other makes ie: yama/kawa/suzu) would be appreciated!

cheers

I love my 08 Kawi ZZR 600. Mine is a 4cyl carb still. A bitch to start but the speed is amazing! I was a ZX10-14, R1, or ever a Bigger CBR but redoing my F3 right now so that takes priority.

if you can ride your f3 like there aint no bigger bike other than that, then u should love and stick to the f3. Remember, its the quality of the rider that matters

I have ridden a 900cbr for awhile and liked it, that's why I'm thinking of moving up. I'm at the point where I'm either going to do a few rather pricey mods/maintenance things to the F3 (full exhaust, F4i gauges, new tires etc..) or just get a more modern bike ie: F4i or 929 or 954

Thanks for your 2 cents

well I say go with the 954, if you are comparing the 929 and 954. the 954rr looks more modern, it is lighter, and has better fuel injection system, a revised swing arm. The engine has a little more hp as well as torque. Forks are bigger. Overall is it a lighter, and faster as well as more revised bike. (no offence 929ers.) Both are great bikes by far, I personally LOVE the honda 900cc bikes compared to the 1000cc of today. They are for the most part lighter, have alot better egronomics (ridding postion), and can keep up if not surpass most liter bikes.

That's funny. 954 weighs less, and has 50 HP on the F3. I have one, its a blast. My previous bike was a 1996 ZX-6E, which was a porker, like your F3. LOL

man it aint about HP or who has the bigger bike!
A pro on F3 will keep up with some some random guy on a liter bike. Period

I'm a random guy on a litre bike I personally don't care if a pro on a Trail 70 can "beat" me. I just wanted something that had plenty of low-rpm grunt for city riding, and the ability to cruise at decently high speeds without revving like a chainsaw.

An F3 would do fine! unless you want to race, thats a different story
Unless you are planning to ride within speed limit, a trail 70 would do fine too
