Default how to remove paint from my plastic?

I decided to paint my bike due to lack of better things to do and the flames are getting old... I would like to use some paint remover and some say not to use on plastic.. was just wondering if any of you have attempted to remove paint with a similar product and if there was any problems? I would like to here what worked good for you..

*shudder* Oh god no! Please don't make me relive the nightmare!!!

My bike had the worst rattlecan paint job ever done. Mismatched Yellow (how the **** do you mismatch rattlecan paint?!?). I tried several different products and I have to say... Paint stripper is the lazy way out. And you get as much out of it as you put into it.

Seriously, the best way to remove paint from the plastic is a DA sander and lots of sandpaper. Lots and lots of sandpaper. Lots and lots and lots of sandpaper. And patience.... And sandpa... Oh wait, I said sandpaper

There is a benefit of sanding too: You tend to smooth out any minor pitting in the fairing, prepping it for primer, as you try to remove the old paint

I'm only worried about how much paint is on it. The paint looks super thick and i think it will take a crap load of sandpaper.

That's from trying a product called CitriStrip. Didn't harm the plastic. Barely made a dent.

You can get 5 packs of 80 grit sand paper for a Black & Decker DA sander from Home Depot for like $5. Just get a pack for each fairing and you should be good
