No...the F3 insulators are larger.

Why do they need changing?

they are dried and takes air, it seems on low rpm,

and another problem is that when bike stands several days, it difficutly starts when cold, sometimes it needs push start, but only when engine is cold, then it has no problem on warm engine, it is carb problem?

Is the choke mechanism working correctly?

Check the cable and ensure it is opening all the way on the carbs.

Yes the choke works good, I think it has carb broblems, maybe cleaning the carb will fix it

You can soak those original rubber insulators in a 3:1 mixture of isopropyl alcohol (or denatured alcohol) and Oil of Wintergreen (methyl salicylate) for about a week. As long as they don't have tears or some major gouges, that will soften them up nicely.
