high beam indication light not working on clock :(
Hi guys, so the high beam indication light on the clocks isn't working. Investigating this today, the copper circuit on the reverse of the clocks for the high beam is beyond just cleaning up or a new bulb popping in.
Basically, I'm intending to wire in a very small bulb in to the relevant wiring and to put it in the hole where the stock bulb goes so the blue light on the clocks illuminates. I was hoping someone could recommend what to get and where to get it from. I'd like to do this as it may be a requirement of the UK MOT test!
I have the same issue with the bulb that illuminates the bottom of the speedometer and I think the corroded circuitry is also causing the tripometer not to function. This is what you get with living in England!
Any suggestions would be great.
Hope this makes sense
Roger
