Question Help Need to Troubleshoot 1996 CBR600F3

Hey I am new to this forum. I bought this bike a week ago and have been having nothing but problems. Here is whats going on, any pointers you have would be helpful.

After purchasing I replaced battery with new on from Honda. I also got a new fuel filter and replaced that.

Battery started dying on me after 30 min of riding and I got stranded twice, I bouth a trickle charger and had it on the charger while at work, went to get on the freeway and the throttle stopped and I couldn't get power. I pulled the bike over and it wouldn't fire up or turn over whatsoever.

I had to leave the bike on its side and covered it till i could pay for it to be towed, then when towing it home it leaned over on its left side. When doing this oil and gas started leaking out. I checked the oil level on the side of the road friday and there was a little oil, now today when I checked it there is a lot of gas where the oil should be. So here are the issues I need to address, and I want to know if I am over my head. Its my only transportation and I'm at a loss.

I need to:

See why the bike isn't charging while riding or how come battery is getting depleted so fast.
Know how to flush the gas out of where the oil should be.
And anything else that is suggested to take a look at or replace

Thank you so much for your help in advance

Hi , try an engine flush, first drop out the oil/petrol from the bike engine, fill with a cheap standard oil run on idle till warm , drop out oil ,change oil filter and fill with a good oil recommended for your bike, as regards charging take a look at your Reg/Rec and stator to see if its charging the battery

When you were not getting it to start was it in gear on the kickstand? Or maybe the kickstand sensor is faulty not a uncommon thing for any bike really.

As for your charging 30 mims of riding should be plenty to get it charged. I think I heard these charge after 4k rpms just an fyi.

But yeah what he said rectifire is fairly common on these bikes.
