OMG, a knockoff Cheeto's cheetah with a gut and sacks of money, what's not to love? I say keep it like it is, you will be the talk of every group ride.

Actually been able to Ride it a few times for a short period. I noticed I got some rattle at higher speeds when I pull the clutch in.

It's probably just your bikes way of saying it wants that sweet Cheetos seat on it.
Check out some of the threads concerning CCT issues. That would be the 1st place to start.
Did you change your oil when you got the bike? If not, I'd do that for sure.

I wondered if it would be that, I've dealt with that before. He did just lower the price to $50 lol.

I did not but I checked the oul and it looks brand new really clean.

I need a midpipe for my exhaust. I can't find a decent price on eBay for used and the only new ones I see fit a wide variety of other bikes. Any thoughts on where I should go to get one?

Not really. I would normally suggest eBay or Craigslist but if you aren't having any luck there seeking out a new one may be your best bet, though more expensive.
