Are the headlights different from 95-96 to 97-98?

 

yeah they are the same.. quick google search would do the trick too

no wait! don't think they are the same, one thing i know for sure is that the 95-96' is glass while the 97-98 is plastic .... which could mean the mountings are different!

 

The headlamp housing is different on an F2 versus an F3.
The F2 is a little more "flat" and the mounting holes will not line up.

However, the headlight are both the same. They both use an H4, 3 prong type bulb with the hi/lo merged into one unit.
