Default It Has Begun! 95f3--f4i/600rr

The start; f4i/rr fairings being ordered next week until then some major

maintainance is up to say the least, fork seals, cam chain tentioner, carb

sync, valve check, chain n sprockets, and more and of course detail and

paint frame n motor. Bought her in 05 in pristine condition with 20k now at

35k and kinda let it just goto **** over the last 2 1/2 yrs while in

school but no more......... fairly cheap rework, remodel, hybrid mutt make

her look like a newer style bike and im actually excited to get ridn again

wish i didnt have to do all the damn mechanic part....was a bike mechanic

for yrs and it sukkkkked.....burned me out on wanting to work on my own

****.... few pics here

The bike looks like its in good condition, i like the polished/black rims. My buddy did that on his GSXR looks sweet.

Just a warning though on the fairings. Unless your using all OEM Stock fairings id stay away from the fiberglass reproduction ones. I just did the F4i/600rr swap and got the fiberglass ones and the edges are very rough and going to be a pain in the but to paint. Just a head up.

Good luck on the project take tons of pictures we all love to see it

so heres where im at the rear is on bolted up seats good just needing to

knotch the tail bend it up and reweld it then waiting for the stock 600rr

latches for the rear seat and cowl to latch to just like factory and then

bolt in the rear of the fairing....the front is just zip tied up right now still

eyeballing it up thinking im good where im at time to start making brackets

oh and cbrfairings.com is the **** great service and great quality had one fairing that was cracked from shipping and one that had a paint drip on it called them up and sent them pictures of it and there sending me new ones after memorial.... otherwise quality is great... except im looking at my front clip compared to my sides and i dont think there flat black is matching ill look closer tomorow in the sun if it is a problem i imagine they'll take care of it

I like your bike lift. How much was it. I might go get one. Just about to start my conversion after I clean up these damn fiberglass fairings with the mis-drilled holes/.

Can you show pictures of where you cut your fairing to get it to mount?

when it rains it pours....wont get to finish it till the weekend truck broke down gotta spend my time fixin it.....
p.s put your headlight in when your eyeballin/measuring everything up it'll save alot of time and headache..so yea my head hurts ALOT

I'll take and post pics of the cutting I did for ya this weekend, only cut the right lower little by the clutch cable (half moon cut) where its goin into the cover and and a little by the bottom bolt of the foot peg (half circle cut)
