I want to get mine on order, but I don't know if I can go 55watts, instead of the 35w unit.

My concerns are:
1. Does a stock 95 CBR600 F3 use the H4?
2. Can the stock charging system support the 55 watt load?
3. Will the head light housing and lens handle the extra heat without melting?

PLEASE HELP ANSWER MY QUESTIONS, SO I CAN PLACE MY ORDER.
BIG THANKS!!!

Mind posting a link to the kit you're going to order? I think this kit has been okayed for F2's so it ought to work on an F3. I want a link for it so I can order one as well once these questions are answered!

All HID options require the extra wiring, as HID is more than just a bulb. The link above is the "Plug right in".

Stock bulb is a 55/65 watt unit, I don't know the current draw of the HID ballasts/controllers, but I can't imagine it being much more than the 35watt unit.

I know some F2 owners have done that kit, and I'm planning on doing it to mine.

So aside from things like hid ballasts and all that I replace my stock light as long as it doesnt exceed 65 watts?
