I just got my bike in late September and I've had a few good days of riding. Now the salt/sand is on the roads and I'm get tired of going thru the garage and seeing my bike just sit there. I sometimes hear it calling my name "take me for a ride around the block, you know you want to"

 

i hear that...damn all those stupid people who get to ride year round in the southern states...damn them...

 

i hate winter too..thats why im moving south when im done with college...My bike calls me all the time..i went for a ride when it was like 15 degrees out a couple weeks ago...cold as hell...but it felt good to be riding

 

There is nothing like riding when it is 72 outside.....on Dec 4. I feel for all of you who have to Garage your ride for months. Come to South Texas...you can always ride here....

I put the F3 away for the year and was going to do the same with my F4i until I decided to prep her up as an Ice machine. Yeah! I'm not gonna let ol' man winter stop me from havin fun on 2 wheels. LOL

 

I rode on Saturday morning, when it was not too, too cold (30F, -1C), and not windy. Saturday night into Sunday it snowed, and yesterday and today there have been 40 mph winds, so no riding for me since then. The snow turned to rain before ending, which is good since it washed away the road salt. There's a 40% chance of snow showers tomorrow, but hopefully I'll be back on the road by the end of the week, and on Saturday it's supposed to top 40 degrees!

 

Don't worry mate, were using it at the moment, will look after it & then you guys can have it back say sometime next year!

 

My wife drove me home from the bar yesterday and I went and sat on my bike when we pulled into the garage. I kissed the tank andtold it I missed her. My wife just laughed

 

Ok dude, now you got it bad! I'm not yet to the point I wanna go and kissher! Although whenever I go smoke in the garage, you can bet I'm sitting on her and acting like I'm doing 120mph!

 

The one bad thing down south, here in Florida atleast, is that there are no good roads here. It's sad when the best curves are on/off ramps of highways.
