Default getting rid of an F3 for parts

I have a friend who asked me what to do when he had problems registering his bike so I checked it out for him and his paperwork was a little messed up. he bought this bike about a year ago and rode it maybe 6 times. he wants to part it out to get back some of his money. It is a complete running bike if fair condition it has a yosh pipe with no packing and somene tried to make more holes in the baffles. it is painted a nice metallic blue and has a couple of cracks in the right upper portion of the fairing. it must have a jet kit because it runs fine. the front rim has a dent but it has good tires and the rims have polished lips with d208's.
I would like to sell the panels as a complete set with the tank
thhe rims as a set with tires and sprocket and chain, front sprocket too
exh with carbs as a set
pm me for pics. looking for "fair prices" we all knopw how much this stuff goes for but I am not trying to get gold. just a reasonable price for seller and buyer. I am an avid ebayer for a coupla years now over a hudred transactions and 100% pos. feedback;. This is not an ebay auction and I have only posted this here.
Thanks
