You turn the key off before you disconnect the pump? You're not being clear about what's happening here.Calm down.

What do you mean by "30 times faster" ? You mean it vibrates like a cell phone when the ringer is turned off, making a buzzing sound?

is your tank still off the bike? if its not getting a constant supply of fuel it will vibrate like that

When the bike runs for a little while, the "buzzing" will stop. All it's doing is priming itself.

Maybe the fuel filter is old/plugged? It might not hurt to check the flow coming out of the tank. If everything is working fine, I would check the flow from the pump a little closer. You could possibly have a bad pump outa the box.
Disconnect the output fuel line and hook up another line that runs into a container that can measure fluid levels. Next, disconnect the fuel cut-off relay connector and bridge the black and black/blue wires with something like a paper clip (little black box located on right side in front ofCDI or really big black box). Turn on the ignition for 5 seconds and then turn the ignition off. Multiply the amount in the container by 12 to derive the flow capacity. The capacity should be 700 cc (23.7 oz) min./minute. You could also just run it for 60 seconds and not use a multiplier if your container is large enough. Hopefully this tells you what is going on with the pump.
