I just bought a used fuel pump to try and remedy my problems, thing is the new/used pump makes this god awful loud clicking noise. Is this normal, or a sign that the pump is a POS? Its my understanding the pump should hum like a cell phone would on vibrate. Not a loud audible click. And yes I know, I shouldn't buy used.

 

normal?no,mine doesnt make any noises at all.is it bad?right now i doubt it,but it could be going on you.
