I took my 95 f3 drag racing last night and before I knew it I had run completely out of gas including reserve. well I put 2 gallons back in it and i would have thought that would have put it back over reserve but still the bike doesn't want to run unless it on reserve. Anyone know what happened or what is going on?

 

I'd start with filling the tank completely. Then let us know if that didn't fix it.
