Default flooded carbs.

96 600 f3 gas pours from carbs. when cranking it over it pops every now and then. is this a float problem. all started when i let bike out in a down pour.i pull airbox off and the two left carbs. are filled with gas on top of butterflys.right two are dry. i even put fresh gas in.never checked plugs.

it was the voltage ragulator. it wasnt given enough voltage to the coils to spark the plugs. or even weak spark just enough to run intil it drained the battery. thats why it run with stock carbs. it wasnt get all the gas as the jetted carbs. that would just drowned the spark plugs. but had enough voltage to keep the fuel pump runing. anf flooded the carbs.

bad news. put new volt/reg. on it ran fine. but last night ran wide open the couple of miles.(130 +) chop the throttle off and bike to slow down and bike just died. try to start and a 3 foot flame burned out the pipe the at least 30 sec. it smelled like raw fuel. after the flame burnt out. carbs started to flood and poor gas all over the ground. tested the volt reg. is good i put a high performance one on. its like i am back at square one agian. last time i noticed gas in the air tubes. were do i start to troubleshoot the problem? stock carbs.
