Default Flapping sound

Got a 98 f3, when I ride it, I hear a flapping sound coming up from front of the bike/maybe motor, and only when I turn throttle. It is a flap flap flap flap, sound and when I ease off on gas or let it coast, no sound at all. What could cause this?
bike pulls fast and strong but annoys with this sound. I see nothing loose .
many help ?

Does it do it if the bike is not in motion but you are revving it?

There aren't that many parts that could cause that, assuming your fairings are all on and tight. There is a piece of flat rubber that goes between the coil packs and where the plugs are. I suppose it could theoretically do it, but I've ripped my bike tight while it was 100% naked and that flap didn't move even then.

It’s got me scratching my head, it’s like a sloppy sound, but o ly occurs when I hit the throttle, if I slack off while moving, nothing, but then I twist the gas again and it’s back.
when it isles, nothing. If I twist the throttle while stationary, all good. But then while I move, it’s slap slap slap again. Jeez us !!!

Do you have a gopro or a way to record it with your phone?
