I am need of purchasing a new thermo switch for my radiator. It's the one that kicks on the fan.



Checking online, the cheapest OEM one I could find was around $40.00. Locally, (and not very local at that), they were over $50.00
I tried to find one from a car that would work but didn't have any luck.



Although I am a usually an OEM parts kind of person, I decided to buy an aftermarket one off of eBay. $5.89 with free shipping is worth a shot.
I will keep this updated after I get it installed as to how well it works.

 

Does the one you're getting switch at the same temps as the OEM?

 

It says it does and it claims to be a direct replacement for the OEM.
I plan on testing it prior to installing it on the bike.
