Default F3 vs other bikes

So is it true that f3's are smaller than the rest of 600's in it's class as far as wheelbase, seat height, width of bike. A friend said "there awesome bikes but they are made for short people".

Does anybody know if this is a true statement? I could care less if it because I love the bike.

I dunno about it being for short people, I sat on a '11 r6 and I couldnt even keep my knees under the flair on the side of the tank with my feet on the pegs. I think the f3 has a larger wheel base compared to newer bikes which are more uhhh sport oriented?

+1....... I really like the feel of the F3 as far as riding and feel, I rode a friends R6 and was really impressed by the power, but still feel more comfy on my F3..... I'm 5'11" btw

I love my f3. Footpegs could be back a bit more but that's all I would change.6.2 and 205lbs. The only other bike that feels as good to me is 05 r1. I think that is my favorite for leg wise

I agree 100% with the R1.... Also with the pegs, sometimes my legs want to go too sleep if I lay down on my F3 for a few hours straight. But I am thinking about trying to make my own rearsets to take care of that issue. Other wise I am very happy with the F3

This is what I thought to. I think they will have differences but i looked at wheelbase from an f3 to a 11 r6 and the f3 is an inch longer wheelbase but the seat height is 1" shorter. Oh well I'm 5'9" and fit it comfortably.

I don't think I'll change mine. I think you are referring to 6' plus guy above.
