well i got mine from moto-777- and while the paintjob looks great and i get a lot of compliments, they didnt fit very well. its a pretty big pain installing them. and if you expect any kind of customer service from them forget it. they sent me one fairing that was broken, of course the didnt care. i didnt really look at all of them untill a few months later when i had time to put it together.

my biggest advice look at every fairing when you buy them so none are broken. id try to stay away from moto-777- if i were you

Good suspension makes a HUGE difference. The stock suspension that came with these bikes are crap.

to be honest with u the noise you are talking about when u let off the clutch in neautral seems to be pretty common on these bikes. mine does it and a good handfull of other f3's ive heard do it as well. its slightly noticeable. i guess its one of those if it isnt broke yet dont fix it type things.lol

Another cool trick I did was kinda made my own intergrated tail lights. I have a 97 and got rid of the 97 square tail light and put on the 98. i ripped off the turn signals bought the short stalks, took the bulbs out of those and stuck then into the corners of my tail lights. Now it looks like the turn signals and tail lights are all one assy. plus it cleaned up the back.

i would like to do that 97-98 rear tail conversion. i also would like the oem chain guards put back on and that rear tire fender.

HOme Made Fender eliminator

You mentioned that you made your own. I have an integrated LED light on the way and the licence plate bracket screws that light up the licence plate on the way as well and want to do away with the Fender and i have heard its pretty easy to trim down the existing fender and drill a piece of angle iron into the frame... what did you do/what do you reccomend from your experience?/do you have any tips?

spicymeowmix I'm wondering about your new custom / aftermarket clutch cable. What brand and by chance do you know the part number?
