Default F3 Lowering Links

Anybody know anything about these lowering links?...a few companys make em'...vortex etc. My buddy thought about lowering his F3 because hes tip-toe on his bike.
.....most of these lowering links are like 1"/3" drops....for better launches...lower center of gravity...and good for short people lol

any info would be good......(ez to install?...pros/cons?)

Default RE: F3 Lowering Links

I had one made for my 98 f3 before they made lower links for the f3's. They are pretty easy to install. I put jack stands on the bottom of the frame. It easier to remove exhaust but can be done without. Then it's just two bolts one to the bracket on the frame and one to half moon bracket that is connected to your rear suspension.I had mine lowered 3" for drag racing, the only other thing is you will either have to buy an adj. kickstand or in my case cut and reweld the kickstand. It will help your friend out. Also I had my front end lowered to.
