First off, Hello everybody I just signed up on the site. I did attempt to search the forum for a issue similar to mine, but nothing came up. Apologies in advanced if I missed something. With that being said I'll continue to my question/cry for help below.
So today while changing my oil, the oil pan developed a crack forming from the bottom of the drain up into the lower body of the oil pan. I've come across several sites showing the part number as "11210-mv9-670" for years 91-96 but haven't found a single site that supplies the part. All of them keep showing unavailable, or some even show discontinued which brings me to my question. Was there a newer part number that replaced the older one that is just not pulling up for me online? The only luck I've had in finding an oil pan was on e bay, but it was damaged more than mine is currently with many more hairline cracks all over it. I even thought about seeing if a local welding shop could do something, but seeing it is also cracked on the side of where the drain bolt screws in I'm not even sure if that could fix it. If anyone has info on the replacement part number, I'd be so happy & thankful for your guidance.

I'm not 100% sure, you should be able to a 97 oil pan on your 96. I have a 95 and I have put several 97, 98 parts on. I found a 97 oil pan at partzilla.com that's available.
Wassup man, not sure of your location, but if your in nc I have one you can have. I just have to dig through the shed to find it. It’s off a 97, but I’m sure it fits.
Upon further digging on google, I found another thread on here where someone used a 97 oil pan on their 96/95, but had to deform the oil pick up sump tube to make it fit which got me thinking. Looking at the part list between the 96 and 97-98 models on partzillia I noticed that the only part numbers that changed between the years were the oil pan, oil pick up sump tube, and of course the gasket changed to a sealant. The oil pump, pick up tube gasket, oil pressure release valve, and even the bolts all had the same part numbers. Looking at the pictures below you'll notice that in 97 they redesigned the pan to be deeper (not shallow as many have stated on the internet), and increased the size of the four indents on the bottom that hold the pickup tube in place (which is probably why people think it is shallower). It appears they redesigned it to have more surface area on the oil pick up, and by doing this increased the lower barrel of the sump tube making that outer rim sit up higher. I'm not sure if i'm making any sense, but hopefully the pictures will help clear any confusion up. In a nutshell for anyone else that runs into this issue, all you need to do is buy both the oil sump pick up tube, and oil pan for a 97-98 to fit on the 92-96 year model Honda F3. i don't recommend just trying to modify the current sump as it has to possibility of starving the engine of oil since the 96 pickup tube would be higher. Also, it's wise to get the new gasket for the sump tube, and oil pressure release valve while you're in there. The 96 gasket also worked for those who don't want to mess with that sealant crap, and it still uses the same amount of oil.
96 pick up tube on left, 97 on right. The lower part is the same fitment into the oil pump. The rim is about 2 mm lower though on the 97.
Here you can see on the 97 left the 4 indents the hold the oil pick up tube in the pan are longer than the ones on the 96 right.
Although the 97 pan on the left is taller than the 96 on the right, the bottom configuration is different. Therefore it doesn't use more oil than the 96 stock amount of around 4 qts.
Here you can see with the pickup tubes in place on both pans, the height is the same.
Verified fitment with my endoscope through the oil cap hole.
