External Fog Lights

External Fog Lights
Ever since I hit a deer 4 months ago animals have been out to get me. I've had a ton of close calls in both vehicles and on my motorcycle. So I got to thinking and figured I'd try to set up some sort of external lighting system and have the lights face off towards the side of the road.
And at walmart today I saw some fog lights there for $20. They were Oval and probably 2" tall and 4" wide. I think I can make them fit underneath the headlight towards the side(Not in the Nostrils)so if I bottom out my shocks they won't hit. I can figure up or make a mounting system so I'm not worried about that.
But I'm not much of an eletrical man and I am worried what kind of strain I would put on my charging system with Brights(Will convert to HIDs later on)and two fogs on.
I do want to make the Fogs completely spererate from the other lights. So I can turn them on with Dims or Highbeam. I think I can figure that out.
But mainly worried about powering them. Are there better alternater systems than what's on the F3? Can I get one from a F4i that uses much more eletronics and put it on my F3 motor?
Any other advice is appreciated

RE: External Fog Lights
My closest call to hitting a deer was doing 50mph on a road I coudl have done 100mph easily on if I wanted too. The thing just bolted out from the side and I had to grab a handful of brake.
There are a ton of trees only a few feet fromt he road in the areas I drive. Be kind of nice to have something to look into the woods. And something decent for riding in the mountains. And if it's not too bright having the extra lights on will make me more visible to cars. That way they see it's a motorcycle and not a car with 1 headlight.
