Exhaust Work

Since it is winter time and i cannot wait to ride again, all i have been doing
is messing around with my bike so i took the exhaust off and gave it a nice
new look instead of the old factory coating that was breaking down and
starting to rust. Just a little time with a wire brush on a grinder made
things a lot better. I will put more picture up with the new coating later.

umm...did you coat that with anything after you took the stock powdercoating off?? If not thats gonna rust long before you even get a chance to ride again

Utter05:
It's a Corbin seat. It looks ok in the photo, but up close the color doesn't match that well.

Yes, it was an amazing 2 weeks. I got so busy on the trip trying to get things worked out, I never finished the post on what happened. I just figured since so much time had passed after we got back, no one would really be interested. Thanks for asking.

Looks nice! How much for a can of that VHT header spray, and where'd you purchase it from?

Its about 7 bucks a can and i got it at autozone, im sure you can pick it up at any
auto parts store that has spray paint

I forgot to add
make sure you read the can cause it has to be baked once yourdone painting.
either in a oven at 250 degrees or you can do it on the bike by starting it and
letting it idle for 10 mins then let it cool for 20, then run for 20 and cool for 20
then ride "normal" for 30 mins and it will be baked on.
