I just got my bike and noticed I didn't have a high beam. Well looking into it further the high beam is wired to be constantly on. I'm going to rewire it back to the stock set-up so hopefully it all works. Also in the fuse box there are two fuses missing with wires tapped into them. I need to know what amp fuses they are. They are the two on the ride side front of the fuse box. I think they are for the blinkers and running lights.

I'm hoping the light works ok after I rewire it, but my intuition tells me it won't otherwise why would someone have cut it. On the same note the person did put ****ty neon on it, so maybe that explains everything.
