Yeah idk...im guessing its just really cheap plastic and is super thin....idk I didnt want to chance it on that much money...I mean its cheap compared to getting all new plastics and getting them painted but still.....I just peiced mine together off ebay and im doing all the prep myself...then the decal kit is 70 bucks and you can change up colors to your liking...

Mung88.
That is the only guy I know from these Hong Kong places that has quality. They're a tad more expensive than the others, about $650 total. But I've seen them up close, they fit together and they fit the bike. I would have ordered a set from him but the only thing I needed was the upper.
The 2 people I know that ordered from him still maintain the quality of the kits. They say they hold up good, and I know they look good. And good quality plastic too.
Do a search for him on eBay. You'll find him.

I ordered a set of the Repsols. Got them a while ago (in early winter). Haven't put them on yet to know how they fit but a couple of the tabs on the tail part have broken off so I know the plastic is not super high quality. I'm painting my tank and wheels orange and after they are done I'm going to start screwing everything together. I'll let you know how it goes. They do look nice, but there's one spot that the paint is chipping off. It is what it is... But it will look WAY better than the crappy fairings I had on before.
Pics to come in a couple months.

I am sorry guys I know the fairings look good and the price looks even better but understand these fairings are coming from china. Understand that the chinese people have totally different standards then people from america. So they will sell you a product and tell you thats its the best. These are knock off fairings and if it melts just setting in the sun then the fairings are no good. So save yourself the pain and heart ache and purchase a set of new or used fairings from a company that has a good standing, has a good return policy, and for your benefit a company thats in america. I from personal experience either wrecking my F3 which I have done in the past or doing a fairing mod and needing more fairings buy only from companies that I can call up on the phone or via the internet.
Trust me I am a mechanical engineer( glorified wrencher ) and I make small fiberglass and plastics repairs at work and as a hobby I make custom upper fairings and other parts so I know a little about this subject. So don't waste your time or money buy american and live the PREAM.
