Early F4 cluster on F3?

Early F4 cluster on F3?
Sorry for a noob question but searched around a bit and can't find a definitive answer. I have a F3 race bike that the previous owner (or one before that, haha) apparantly took the sawzall approach at eliminating the speedo. I just want to have the OEM analog stuff for now, and a working tach and temp guage never hurt. The pics of the F4 cluster look very similar the the F3.
