Dyno Jet jet kit 1 or 2
I have a stock 98 F3 with only 5K on it.. I just put a Two Brothers racing slip on and K&N filter.. The performance I got was amazing but I feel there are some flat spots.. Really too cold here to WOT and plug chop... Are the Dynojets kits worth it or just jet with stock jets?? How much do people move things?? Up the needle? up pilots and how much on the mains?
Thanks

With a slip on, you'll never get rid of all the flat spots.
I don't recomend jet kits unless your bike is on the track all the time. DJ stuff is especially garbage. Factory is a little better. Stick to a stage 1 if you must get one.
What I would do:
Slip on....shim needles .010" (since you don't have to pull carbs to do this, shimming more/less later is not so bad), go up one size on mains and see what you get. Leave the fuel screws alone to start with. I leave pilots alone on the first try most of the time...depends how it rides with stock jetting and the slip on. You might find the need to go up one number on pilots too.
