DONE. It's better.
Someone wanna post up the meaning behind the numbers again? I forgot it exactly. I know the first number is supposed to be the length between rollers - so a number beginning in "5" is 5/8" of an inch... right?
I forget what the last two numbers represent but I'm sure I remember them being used together.

RE: durable chain
I've run them all...I can't afford my favorite, Regina...it was the only brand of chain I ever had that didn't get tight linksbefore I worn through the chrome on the rollers. DID is my next favorite. I have a VM x-ring on one of my bikes now, and very pleased.
If you are on a budget, and just commute, Parts Unlimited chains will suffice. EK has some midrange stuff too.
JT, Sprocket Specialists, Parts Unlimited have a lineof steel sprocket that are economical too.
You could go with a 525 chain as the F3 had (or was it with the F4 they went to 525?)....they are now very common andcheaper than a 530 in general. My two streetable 600's have a 525's on them, as do most new 600's.
