In the end what is the F3 going to be made for? race, track days, or street

 

HI guys im new with motorcycles how do you lighten your crank ? By cutting it? Because alot of machanics say it can not be cut it must be replaced? I took out my main bearing yesterday as it had a slight knoxk but the rod bearing is good no wear and damage there
