HI guys im new with motorcycles how do you lighten your crank ? By cutting it? Because alot of machanics say it can not be cut it must be replaced? I took out my main bearing yesterday as it had a slight knoxk but the rod bearing is good no wear and damage there

Please take a few minutes and pop over the to newcomer section and introduce yourself to the forum
Where are you from, how long have you been on two wheels, what bikes do you have etc.

I would then suggest that you start a new thread as the one you responded to is from 9 years ago so you will be unlikely to get a response.
