Didn't know the graphiics were stickys!
I think that was a smart move by Honda, to use glue on graphics instead of painting. Save money.
Also make it easier for me to change my color scheme every year, LOL!

And what about your tank, good sir?
I just wish one of two things...
I just wish they didn't clear over the decals on the tank OR
People would stop wadding up bikes so my cheap *** wouldn't end up buying them and fixing them up.
It'd be such a breeze if you could simply remove the decals from the tank but no, you have to sand them. Down to metal in most cases - not the entire tank but that is also another PITA because you have to be mindfull of your sanding so as to feather everything together without humps in the finish and such.

the decals on my 97 f3 were just stickers. They were all a bitch to get off though. I had to use a razor scraper and then crappy goof off junk that does work and i will still have to sand it to get it perfect. I hate stickers
A shop-quality heat gun is your friend. Seriously. It will take all of 3 minutes per decal to remove them perfectly. Wipe down the residue (what little there will be) with Goo-Gone and you're golden.
I think a quality heat gun will run you about $30 - which is a killer investment in all honesty. You'd be surprised as to howoften you might need it!

Just take your bike to my local Honda dealer, then get one of their brain dead apprentices to use a high pressure spray gun to clean the bike after its service.
