Well I can tell you the forks are not F3 forks. I can't find any good pictures of F2 forks, but it looks like judging by the brackets the calipers mount up to, those might be 900rr forks. Measure the diameter and see if they're 41mm or 45mm.
edit: looks like f2's have the same mounting bracket.
