hey i have a 95 f3... and i was looking at www.colorrite.com where they can find your color by year and make. well mines is red. i know my bike has been repainted.. im just not sure what color red they used. i like to paint it the same color but i don't want to mismatch the color because i don't want to touch the tanks. color.. it's almost immaculate. i just want to touch up the fairings. from the time i dropped my bike.

the website says Magna Red - R201. is the color code used for the all of the other cbr reds?

 

I have a 97 F3 and it is the all red paint scheme. The color name for it is Sparkling Red and the code is R-127. I don't know if Honda has ever released the formula for it becauseI also was going to have the fairing repainted due to crashing. The paint shop needed me to bring in a sample to analyze because the formula wasn't available. The person before might have been going for the 97-98 color scheme (Sparkling Red)because I don't think there was an all red bike in 95 or 96. You might want to check out a honda dealerso that you canlook at the color schemes from 95. The color codes might also be available at online fiches. I almost forgot, the color code should also be onthe frame underneath the seat. I think the sticker should be on the right side... some where in that area. Good Luck!!

 

well my bikeis DEFINATLY all red and is definatly a 95. kinda like little red riding hood, who happens to weigh 425 lbs. j/kthe tank been painted red. and even the honda emblem sticker is placed under the clear coat. who ever paid for the paint job on my bike took extra special care of it when they did it to get the right finishings. but i bought the bike that had been layed twice. and i unlucky gave it its 3rd drop. (worst part was that ilayed it infront of my mom. which she then scolded me later about)

the scraches annoy me and the paint needs to be redone completely. there isn't any majordamage to the fairing its self to my relief. so it'll just need.to find that. i've looked under the seat. and well i don't want to spend 10 mintues pullingmy bike apart and back togeather to already know it's not going to give me the right color. but thanks for the info about the coloring. i did need to know.
